When measuring and working out your PVC Pipe and fittings it is important to know and measure the outer diameter, for the fittings measure the inner diameter. Annoyingly PVC are only a nominal size so they do not actually measure at what the are called. We also have BSP thread chart so you can check if you are using a threaded PVC fitting.
