Yes, you can if you are having difficulties, but we prefer orders process through our online system as we can track all orders and provide shipping updates. Please note credit card orders over the phone will incur a surcharge.

For online orders, FREE DELIVERY Australia-wide applies to orders over $149 (excluding pick-up only items). You can also click ‘Pick up from Store’ option.

For orders where free delivery doesn’t apply, we will provide a freight estimate, but you must contact us prior.

Please note that some bulky items may not be able to be shipped due to excessive freight costs.

In-store prices may differ from online prices due to special service requirements associated with in-store purchases.

You can choose to buy online and pick up products in store by clicking ‘Pick up from Store’ as you purchase your products online.

We accept a variety of payment methods on our online store, including AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, HUMM and Bank Deposit. Please note credit card will incur a surcharge.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email with a link to track your order from Australia Post.
