RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or there is a fault with the item, we will endeavour to help you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Returns and Warranties
You, the purchaser, have five (5) business days to return an unwanted or incorrectly purchased item from the date that you received it.
If you have ordered a non-stocked item incorrectly, there will be a Returns and Restocking Fee that will be determined by management at the time of the claim request.
The Returns and Restocking Fee can range from 20% to 100%.
The refunded amount is the cost of the item, minus the percentage (%) of the Returns and Restocking Fee. ( eg: $100 item, minus 20% ($20) = refund of $80)
In the event that a 100% Returns and Restocking Fee is applied, you, the purchaser, may wish to keep the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging with no damage to the packaging.
Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your item is returned due to a warranty claim, the item will be - at our nominated premises - inspected, tested and in certain circumstances, returned to the supplier at our expense for further testing.
If your warranty claim is deemed to be valid, we will issue you either a new product or a similar product as advised by the supplier and/or manufacturer.
If your warranty claim is rejected, we will keep the item at our premises and notify you immediately.
All manufacturers warranties, guarantees and indemnities are passed on to the purchaser at point of sale.
A full refund, including shipping, will be provided in the circumstances of a major fault. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your item is approved for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We aim to despatch orders from our premises within 2-3 working days. If any item is not in stock it may take a few days to receive from our suppliers. Please advise our staff by phone or email if your order is urgent and we will send out all in-stock items as soon as possible if practical, followed by items on back order when they arrive in store or the supplier stock is replenished. If the delivery time exceeds 1 week due to circumstances beyond our control, we will advise you as soon as possible. If you have a special need for a large quantity of a specific item, please email your request to: email@example.com so that we can confirm stock levels with our suppliers.
