Hills Irrigation will ship within Australia only. Items are generally despatched via Australia Post but may be delivered via another courier service. A flat fee of $15.00 inclusive of GST is charged for each delivery.
Any over-weight or bulky items may be subject to a freight charge which will be quoted by email prior to shipping of the order. Some items will not be shipped and will have to be picked up from the shop at 3/2 Gladstone Rd, Castle Hill NSW 2154.
Hills Irrigation and the customer reserve the right to cancel the order due to excessive freight charges and all monies refunded.

Please remember to include the transit time for your region in Australia to calculate your delivery time. Areas closer to Sydney may be shipped sooner than country Western Australia.
We aim to despatch orders from our premises within 2-3 working days. If any item is not in stock it may take a few days to receive from our suppliers. Please advise our staff by phone or email if your order is urgent and we will send out all in-stock items as soon as possible if practical, followed by items on back order when they arrive in store or the supplier stock is replenished.
If the delivery time exceeds 1 week due to circumstances beyond our control, we will advise you as soon as possible.
If you have a special need for a large quantity of a specific item, please email your request to:firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can confirm stock levels with our suppliers.
Delivery is generally by Australia Post direct to your nominated address, therefore your delivery address can be either a street address, a Post Office Box or an RMB.
If your goods are to be delivered by a courier service, a street address is required as well as a signature from the receiving person.
Please note if you would like to order online, but you prefer to pick your order up from in-store, please fill in the delivery address section with "PICK UP FROM STORE".
Hills Irrigation deliveries adopt the following process:
The postman or courier will deliver the goods to the address nominated by you and all goods are noted with "No Signature Required";
If for any reason the postman or courier is unable to deliver the goods they will leave a card advising of the unsuccessful delivery. You, the Customer, will then need to arrange travel to your nearest post office or collection point to collect the goods.
If you live in a rural area, our courier may contact you to organise a mutually convenient and secure location for delivery of the goods.
When you provide a valid email address when ordering online at www.hillsirrigation.com.au, you will receive an order confirmation and shipping confirmation via email.
